Training and Job Skills Evaluations
AS Computers can provide an analysis of the training courses, one-on-one training, and e-Learning tools needed to improve the job skills and efficiency of your employees. To conduct the analysis and receive accurate information, we normally meet with the employee(s), department supervisor, or both. Once the analysis is completed, we will provide your company a detailed report of our findings. Also, after the analysis, we will advice your company as to the best way to conduct training and what grants are available to receive the maximum amount of reimbursement for the monies spent on training.
Personnel Evaluation
Do you have the right person for the job? The employee’s personality and individual skills are evaluated to help determine if the employee is the right person to do the tasks involved in a specific job and what their success will be in that job. We will determine if the individual will not be able to do the job or if by moving some job tasks around to other employees you will achieve maximum productivity from that employee. Managers normally spend most of their time focusing on what an employee is doing wrong or what tasks they are doing inefficiently than they do on what the employee is doing right. The time spent trying to correct this rarely improves the employees performance to the level that most managers want. If tasks are moved around so that employees can focus more on what they are good at, there would be more efficiency in the organization.
Process and Procedure Documentation
Process and procedure documentation is available to companies where they want to improve employee accountability and cut down on the amount of time re-training individuals. We are also able to document processes, procedures, and policies to allow the company to duplicate to other locations, through territory sales, or franchising.
